Born in the mountains of North Carolina, Hatchet Coffee is a new adventure created by friends consumed with the idea that amazing coffee is a life changing experience.

This washed Guatemalan coffee has tasting notes of Cacao Nibs, Almond and Caramel. In the cup you will find a delicate green apple-like acidity, a candy-like sweetness and hints of chocolate and almond.

Orders will be collected throughout each month. At the end of the month, all orders received within the last 30 days will be shipped out during the first week of the following month. (Example: all orders collected during March will be shipped during the first week of April). Coffee will be at your door within a week of the roasting date. Missed the deadline?
